Fireman William B. Crane

Fireman William B. Crane, badge #283, was appointed on 7/2/1903 and was assigned to Engine 3. At a three-alarm fire on 4/23/1904, at Box 323, he was killed at the Weiner Company in a five-story brick factory collapse. He was 30 years old at the time of his death. F/M Bleyhle and F/M Ross also died at this fire.
